I know today I walked at least one mile if not more. I have been doing pretty good! 👍😘

I will confess, I have been visiting today with great folks and didn't get to exercise! I sure hope most of you did. Blessings on your day!😘

Well, I got back late so I did not have time to write. I sure did get in my one mile walk even with a slight hitch in my left hip muscle. I just hope it, the tight muscle, works its way out! Blessings on your day! ❤️

Today, Monday, I certainly did get my one mile in. And it's hot here!

I did walk my mile on purpose, not just the chores this time. I thought the pain was my hip joint. But only an inflamed muscle. That is good!

I'm sure I walked my mile! I have been moving all day, just around my place! And now... exhausted. Sitting back taking a breather. Looking around seeing what else to do. But I think it can wait until tomorrow. Sweet dreams!❤️

I think I turn my phone off too early, and go to bed. But this morning, I work and immediately did my exercises, ahh I feel better already! Y'all have a blessed❤️day🙏!

Today I gave my fig plant a much larger pot, and it is so happy! And while doing so, I noticed other plants needing attention so many are feeling JOY too! I did get a good amount of exercising in too! Oh JOY!

Good day, I was moving around all day, gardens, watering, fixing drip irrigation lines, checking water tanks. And now doing my 'in home' exercises! 🥰

Early still, as my reminder pops up. I remember as a child and hearing of the heat during the summer in AZ, I figured they are inside in the summer, 'cuz of heat, and out in the winter. And yes, that is the case for me now. I do mostly indoor exercises. And that brings me JOY.

Already walking. Up to my water tanks, back to the pump, back to the shed to get battery charger and extension cords. Then hauling long cords to the charger for the batteries for my pump back up to the house. Grey clouds and no sun, so no water to my house now! I will be walking more until I have running water! Whew! And when I do...and I will...there will be much joy! 😊

Ok! Today my JOY was going to a pizza lunch put on by a restaurant called Under His Wings, free for seniors every third Thursday of the month! It is a delight and JOY in this small village to bump into lots of people! Oh and a friend got my new wipers on before the rains! 🥰

Today, oh my! I just needed some umph after my surgery to get my house cleaned. I asked some friends who clean houses and they both worked for 3.5 hours and would not take money! Amazing! Both... for good friends and a clean house! What joy!

Morning is when it's cool enough to be out, so I did lots of country chores. Just figuring ... I believe I put in a minimum of 1.5 miles today, plus got lots of piddly stuff done! Yeah Joy-full!!

Too hot down here for much hiking right now. But I got my bike out of the shed and going for some good rides in the early morn. Only 7.5 miles of dirt before pavement!
