I didn't have to cook today! We ate out for lunch & went to a church function for dinner!

AirPods died today so I was able to walk and take in all the senses today. What I saw that really made my heart happy was “papas” mountains shining bright.

Thinking of all the family I will miss seeing in two weeks and knowing the bitter sweetness of the of the reunion. But It makes me glad that so many people will be arriving to celebrate with each other!

Good morning, It's raining now so I'm not walking. But yesterday I walked. I had to take my newer car in for repair and walked to a friend's that was about 1/2 mile. Then I walked all around the Boardwalk Farmer's Market here in Sunsites. So at least 1 mile yesterday! And Yes! We do have a market on the Frontage road. Baked bread, eggs, tamales, veggies and more!

Heading into town to meet up with my daughter Hollie. She just turned 31 and just getting back from a field trip with her seventh grade class. She had Shakespeare for her birthday! Taking her to dinner… Now that is a real joy!

Hi, unseasonably warm weather here in Northern California. 95° yesterday. Yet the night was cool and we sat under the stars for a a beautiful clear evening of pure joy. Thinking of you… Lots of love!

Good morning. I have been getting my miles in. At least one mile just doing the chores, then finding drip irrigation leaks, the swamp cooler not working, etc. Going back and forth to get supplies, and up and down to repair.

Playing games with my girlfriends. It took forever to play the game because we laughed and laughed so much. We played outside in the warm autumn sun and Marty said he could hear us a block away. So much fun those big belly laughs.

Joy 4 Lisa! Today after a kinda long day at work it was nice to rest the mind and quiet the soul on a walk on the Saddle Mountain trail by iur house.

Ruby turned 3 today and we went on a playground crawl! 5 playgrounds in one day! We did lots of playing and walking! I can’t believe she is already 3!

It has been a week. I missed three days of walking and again today. But I just spent seven hours cleaning my rental to get ready for another tenant to come in tomorrow.

Walked with the kids today! It was the brightest part of my day!

Getting my 2025 tax docs to my acctnt. and completed before the Oct 15 deadline made my day brighter. And completing a few little chores I had in my list brought me joy. It is nice to be reminded to think joyful thoughts each day!

We had so much fun today! First, we went to the Fort Bragg botanical gardens and then in the evening we went to Mendocino for a ghost tour walk! Both were so much fun!

Pre work walk at 430 am. Weather cooling down somewhat thankfully.

It was late, but committed to getting in at least one mile each day through 100! Today it was late, so I went to the gym and jumped on the treadmill. Speed 2.5, incline 8, took 25 min to walk a mile…good workout and helped aid in better sleep. Trying to rid of a hip issue too.

Today, it was cooler so I headed down Devon Street for over 1.5 miles. Next time I will take a few shots of my street. It is not like most roads. You will see!
