I saw your daughter Amanda, who is a joy!

Playing with my grandkids at the beach. Amanda just told me that you had all your grandkids together. What joy that must have brought you.

We walked on Sucia Island in the San Juan Islands. It was gorgeous! When we got back to the beach someone was kind enough to move your sandals as high tide came in past our location. Enjoying God’s creation here. Hope you loved having Amanda home. ❤️

Get to know Jesus and believe in him. He loves you and will walk by your side daily.

I just walked the terminals at O’Hare and reached 1 1/2 miles. We’re heading to PNW for a week. I’m looking forward to smelling cedar trees and salt air.

I’ve been so behind in logging my miles - I’m so sorry!! Hope you’re doing well Lisa! When I’m walking I’m thinking any God’s incredible imagination that created all things. Amazing!!

I’ve started my day doing child’s pose from yoga and it has actually helped me move better. I had to go to the internet to see actually what the pose is - that was helpful. You’re supposed to hold it for 90 seconds. Moving around felt great!!

Okay - I feel awful because I have walked the mile but haven’t let you know. I’m keep you in my prayers. Life makes me laugh - I last spent a week with my kids and they’re families. What a joy to New with my grandkids. Their facial expressions that come out of nowhere make me laugh. I misread a text and was set on making what I said correct about water skis to realize they were taking any a slalom ski - Just one ski. I hope you find yourself laughing throughout your day st little things.

I went walking in a lazy River this morning. It was so peaceful.

A morning spent at church. Afternoon putting staff away and doing laundry after our trip to Michigan.
