Clear blue sky after some rain last night.

Had a really nice walk with Clem and Zobo this morning after a long hot day yesterday

Went for a walk at sunset. Beautiful but still pretty warm.

Had a great run on top of the rims this morning. Thanks for keeping us updated on your journey Lisa.

Got my mile in tonight at artwalk. Tessa’s selling flowers as her DC fundraiser.

Got in a nice walk in the smoky sunset.

Hey Lisa, I hope you’re doing well, thinking about you on these walks. Clem and I have done a lot of these together which has been a nice gift. Just time to talk without distractions.

Got to walk from Clems parents house down to the theater for the final show of Shrek. That’s been such an amazing experience to see.

Went with Clem, Tessa and our friends the Blandings to the Missoula farmers market.

Tried to wait until it cooled off at least a few degrees. Seeing kids out riding their bikes was really nice.

Had a HOT walk with Clem and Zobo.

One last trail walk in Helena before we go home tonight. Beauty everywhere, hope everyone has an amazing Sunday.

Had a wonderful walk around the farmers market today in Helena.

Did a run today instead of a walk. Trail running brings me so much joy. Thinking of you Lisa!

Made it back to Helena and had a great walk around town. Been spending a lot of time at Grandstreet, which brings our entire family joy.

Got another nice walk in with Zobo after work.

I was able to do a nice little walk with Sobo tonight. I felt good just to let go of all the things from the day.

Took a nice walk downtown today. What brought me joy was seeing that we’re getting closer to seeing our beloved Babcock theater reopen.

Walked Mt Ascension with Clem and Zobo before I head back to Billings. So great to spend time in the sun this morning.

Clem and I walked down to farmers market in Helena. We saw the guy who made Bev’s barbed wire sign we gave her. Hope your day is going well Lisa. ❤️

Did the Helena Art Walk. Seeing lots of friends is very joyful.

Had a lovely walk this evening and my Joy was getting to do the walk with our dog that we haven’t seen in nine days.

I walked through the university of Wisconsin campus today. I noticed all the young kids on college tours, on the verge of such a big change in their life.

Seeing a couple of older gents walk down the pier to sit and have their coffee and chat. Made me smile.

Walking around a new place (Madison) and walking to the capital to take a look around.

I love seeing the cathedral in Helena. I was able to go see it this morning before it got hot.

Walked with Clem up Davis Gulch in Helena. Today’s joy was leaving my cell phone home!
