Today I’m joyful for baby snuggles. Hanging with a good friend in Salt Lake.

Walked through Missoula farmers market. Loved the flowers and the veggies. Finished the day celebrating papa with Oreos and Vanilla Ice Cream.

Today’s joy came in the form of flowers. T is selling backyard bundles as a fundraiser for her DC trip.

Walked the dog and spent time with Andy. Doing this has pushed us to make time to walk together. That brings me joy.

Started the morning in the garden. Then walked around Barnes and noble with T and a friend. Watching teens love books brings me joy

One last hike in the hills behind my parents house. Grateful and joyful that my body is able to move in this way.

I was able to watch all the actors perform their dress rehearsal and it was so fun!

Walking today was hard. I was extremely tired and really wanted to drive all the places but instead I remembered Lisa—this journey—and how tired she is daily and still makes time to pray, move and find joy.

I forgot to log my miles before midnight yesterday but walked 5 miles yesterday and 2 so far today. My Joy yesterday was symphony under the stars and sharing it with so many people I consider close friends. Today Andy and I did a small hike to the top of Mt. Ascension in Helena.

Tonight I got to have dinner with Andy just the 2 of us.

Got to see amazing friends again tonight. It’s been such a joy being around people and sharing memories of our time in theatre. Saw this sweet fawn off a friends deck. 😍

Finding joy in old friends. Got so see some childhood role models turned friends.

Today I got a lot of walking in. Today the joy filled part was listening to my book as I walked from place to place.

Walk the boyscout trail on Davis gulch with Andy. Nice to move in the trees before the heat.
