Thinking about the life we built for 5 years in our former home and all of the special moments. I feel lucky to have had that chapter and look forward to the next chapter. Getting to a new normal makes me hopeful and joyful 🙏

Hormones are not fun. Wanted to run. Walked and ran and then walked. Happy to be out there moving and grooving regardless of the emotional flux. Womanhood is a funny thing!

I was a sweeper during run club and did not avoid the group 🤷🏻‍♀️😂❤️ I smiled knowing that I was back out with the group, running without pain and meeting new faces!

Saw a monarch and swallowtail butterfly, a doe and crane on a walk with Amanda in the monastery! It smelled so fresh. It was quiet and so peaceful.
