Alright... Got through a busy week with the conference with presentation and a birthday for my daughter. And i'm thankful for my family and i'm thinking and praying for you. Lisa, have a good weekend and keep going strong until the hundred days are up, everybody!

Joy 4 Lisa! Today after a kinda long day at work it was nice to rest the mind and quiet the soul on a walk on the Saddle Mountain trail by iur house.

Fall is in the air. i enjoyed a cooler run this evening.

It was a joy to watch Justus compete in his first X Country race and get 3rd.

Nothing in particular occurred today but I did think about you and say a prayer 4U when I went on my lunch run today

Nice hanging out with Maia Wenderski who came over feom MSU.

5 miles with Justus. I can't even come close to keeping up. Brings joy to do together

Yeah, it's friday. We all made it hope. Y'all have a good weekend.

Seeing Justus in cross country has been fun to watch. And inspired me to kind of push myself a little more

Up in Malta Mt for work and found some time for a run. Feels greet and am thankfull for that.
