Up in Malta Mt for work and found some time for a run. Feels greet and am thankfull for that.

Brought in a nice sunrise for this morning run. Great way to start this day.

Our miles we me and Justus doing rhe for harrison run the range 5k. Brought joy to do together in this unique run with cannons and firing at ft Harrison shooting range. Have a great day all!

Brought joy to see family in Helena to watch Aidrian play in Shrek at Grandstreet today.

Our joy walk today...parents joined the last chance rodeo parade with Tiernan Irish dancing team!

A beautiful cooling evening after a hot and muggy day. Went for beautiful trail run then walk with Lindy and watched this guy do backfiips.

I enjoyed father-daughter time the last few days with Shiloh attending her 4H studd and how she still thinks I am fun to be around. Bring me joy as a dad.

I find joy in reading everyone's comments out loud to my family. Enjoying just being home and actually kinda lazy today. We just haven't been home hanging out together much this summer with all the travels.

I picked up Justus from his youth group after an afternoon he spent on canyon ferry lake and glad that he is enjoying some summer fun with friends... This makes me think back fondly on those care free dog days of summer ss a youth.

My mile was a morning run with Justus this morning and it was great.I love that we can do that together.And thankful for that.

Whole family made the loop tonight. Thankful for a beautiful sunset.

Walked a mile in the cooling evening with Lindy. Said a prayer for Lisa and all. Will try to get the kids out.

In my reading today, "Give thanks to the Lord for he is good." I agree. Look up.
