Today was filled with Dr Appointments in Boise and Nampa! Then needed to get going on an overdue project, that brings me Joy!

Definitely felt like a mile during water Aerobics!

I did a water aerobics class. Definitely equal to a mile

Took time to drive up to Bogus yesterday for Music on The Mountain with Jay. It was 20 degrees cooler and a breeze so not as smoky! We got our place set up at the end of 2nd band and heard the last band was not coming…bummer, I was ready to get lost in movement w/Music. We stayed a couple of hours, then headed home…much further away now since our move to Nampa!!

I found JOY in water aerobics this morning! Now I’m feeling it. I’ll be hiking 23-26 while backpacking in the wilderness!

While in Salmon visiting my brother Dan, I walked 2.5 miles in the heat of day!!

Walked up n down stairs because the elevator was down. I’m packing up to see my brothers in Salmon! Taking Jay along!
